This platinum Edwardian openwork pendant from 1910 has an old mine pear shape cut diamond suspending from an adorable flower. Its five encrusted diamonds gleam over an inner and outer diamond drop with a charming garland in between. The mille grain settings of the 61 old mine brilliant cut and old single brilliant cut diamonds parade the elegance of a woman wearing lace.
