As part of their fraud prevention measures, credit card companies often decline transactions that appear unusual or unexpected for the cardholder. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend contacting your credit card provider in advance and informing them about the purchase you intend to make.

This precaution will ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

• This technology allows you to securely send sensitive data (such as your credit card number) over a secure connection to our database, protected by an official Verisign certificate.

If you are uncomfortable with online transactions, we also offer alternative credit card payment options.

Repeated Customer

• If you believe we still have your information on file and it is valid, you do not need to resend it.
• Simply reply to our email and authorise us to charge your credit card for the total amount of your purchase.
• If we have multiple cards on file, please specify which card you would like us to use.
• If you require our express delivery service (€25 extra charge on top of the regular €30 for shipping and insurance), please mention this in your reply.

Important: If you request express delivery, it may be safer to resend your credit card information to avoid any delays.

Please send your credit card details in three separate emails as follows:

1. In the first email, provide the first 8 digits of your card number.
   • Use the subject line: "your-user-id-01".
2. In the second email, provide the remaining digits and the expiry date.
   • Use the subject line: "your-user-id-02".
3. In the third email, include the security code (CVV) from the back of your card.
   • Use the subject line: "your-user-id-03".

Alternatively, you can call us directly or request that we call you. If you prefer that we contact you, please email us with your time zone and the most convenient times to reach you.

If you request express delivery and we encounter authorisation issues with your card, we may need to call you, which could occur during your night time.

2. A clearly readable scan or copy of both sides of:
   • Your valid ID (passport, identity card, or driver’s licence).
   • Your credit card (both sides).

Important: If you send this via email, let us know once it has been sent.

Security Verification:
As a first-time customer, it is possible that our security team may ask you for additional proof to verify that you are the legitimate cardholder.

What Happens Next?

Once your purchase is confirmed and the credit card authorisation is complete, your order will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX.

• As soon as your parcel has been picked up, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
• If your purchase is a ring that requires resizing, a flat fee of €25 per ring will be added, even if “free resizing” is mentioned in the description.
• Please note: Loose diamonds and watches are excluded from our express delivery service.

Alternative Payment Options

We also accept other payment methods. If you prefer a method other than a credit card, please reply to our email and let us know which payment method you would like to use.

Important: Express delivery is only available when paying by credit card.

Security Measures

In certain cases, our security team may request a clearly readable scan or copy of a valid ID and both sides of your credit card.

• This verification step is necessary because credit card companies do not accept liability for fraud, leaving us (the seller) to assume 100% of the risk.
• Our insurance company covers us against fraud, but only if we verify the cardholder's identity with a valid ID.

We have obtained permission from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express to use this method of verification.

Additional Notes

• Your purchase will only be shipped once the credit card company has authorised payment.
• There is no need for you to convert the payment to euros; we also accept payments in US dollars.
• We do not charge extra for using a credit card.
• Paying with your credit card is the fastest way to ensure your purchase is delivered promptly.
